Are you a people person with a knack for multitasking and keeping things running smoothly? Lexus of Nashville is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Service Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our service department.

Position: Full-Time Service Receptionist

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday

Pay: $18/hour - Paid Weekly

What You Will Do:

  • Greet service customers with a smile and guide them through their visit.

  • Direct guests to the correct department and connect them with the appropriate team member.

  • Answer phone calls professionally and route them or take detailed messages.

  • Assist with scheduling service appointments and managing the service calendar.

  • Help customers with loaner vehicles and drive customer vehicles as needed.

  • Keep our café area tidy and welcoming - including preparing light refreshments.

  • Support dealership operations and jump in where needed.
