Adult Mental Health Case Manager

Annual Salary: $49,612

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Your DAY-TO-DAY as an Adult Mental Health Case Manager

As an Adult Mental Health Case Manager for the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of mental health services for our clients. Working directly with adults in Hampton and Newport News, you will provide comprehensive case management services, including assessments, treatment planning, advocacy, counseling, crisis intervention, and more. To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services (such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling)
  • One (1) year of experience in case management services.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
