Description of Responsibilities: The eCommerce Jewelry Associate will work in the jewelry area of the eCommerce department and must be able to work both independently as well as within a team environment. The eCommerce Jewelry Associate will perform various tasks to prepare and list items online and fulfill orders.

Required Experience: Meet or exceed daily productivity goals as assigned by eCommerce Jewelry Manager; quality standards of work produced; Accurately represent all items (including damages, imperfections, defects) through photographs, written/typed item descriptions and UPC scans. Performs routine tasks according to established processes and ensures documentation is properly filled out. Excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. Fosters and demonstrates a positive team environment.

Required skills: Basic knowledge of jewelry and watches. Ability to receive, follow and give directions and to communicate effectively; Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs; able to research jewelry and watches online, through multiple websites; basic math skills. Able to stand for extended periods of time, and to ambulate independently, to stoop, bend, kneel, push and pull.

High school diploma or equivalent required. E-bay, Amazon or other online marketplace experience preferred.
