Responsibilities

  • Prioritize Tasks: Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities to ensure a spotless living environment for our residents.
  • Housekeeping Excellence: Showcase your energy and knack for organization to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dynamic team to achieve collective goals and provide exceptional service to our residents.
  • Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and other items as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and recreational areas. (Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows.)
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage after use
