The Ideal Apprentice Candidate

• Strong interest in pursuing a career as an automotive technician
• Enrollment in or completion of an automotive technology program (preferred, not required)
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn advanced vehicle systems
• Commitment to quality workmanship and professional development
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team‑based environment
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Basic hand tools preferred (more tools as skills progress)

How You’ll Gain Experience

• Assist certified technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections
• Learn Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems, tools, and repair processes
• Document work performed on repair orders accurately and thoroughly
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Participate in dealership and manufacturer training programs
• Collaborate with the service team to deliver an exceptional ownership experience
