ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring Fast Food and Counter Workers to join our Chicago team. You will be a core part of the daily operation, from taking orders and handling payments to keeping the counter clean and making sure every customer walks away happy. No prior experience is required. We will train you. What we care about is reliability, a good attitude, and a willingness to work as part of a team.

This role can be full-time or part-time depending on your availability.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Greet customers and take orders accurately at the counter or register

- Prepare and package food and beverages following our standard recipes and portioning guidelines

- Handle cash and card transactions and give correct change

- Keep the work area, counter, and front-of-house clean and stocked throughout your shift

- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines

- Work with your teammates to keep service fast and the line moving

- Handle customer questions or concerns in a friendly and professional way

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- No experience required, we will train you from day one

- Reliable and punctual, able to commit to your scheduled shifts

- Comfortable being on your feet for most of your shift

- Works well with others in a fast-paced environment

- Basic English communication skills

- Must be 16 or older

- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is a plus

SALARY

$16–$18/hour
