Lincoln of Bloomington, a small, family-owned dealership, is looking for a Biller/Title Clerk to join our team.

$18-22/hour, depending on experience

Full Time Day Shift, Weekdays

Key Responsibilities

Process vehicle sale transactions, including accurate billing of new, used and wholesale vehicles.

Prepare and submit all legal documents for titling and registration to DMV and relevant agencies.

Verify accuracy of vehicle sale paperwork and collaborate with sales and finance teams

Ensure timely processing of title work to avoid penalties and delays.

Address and resolve any titling or billing discrepancies.

Perform various other accounting responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Experience as a Biller/Title Clerk in a dealership setting is preferred, but willing to train the right person

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

Ability to multi-task and shift priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail
