Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Occupational Medicine Clinic
Job Type: Full-Time | 1.0 or 80 hours/pp | Days
Schedule: 5 x8’s, Days (7:30a-4pm or 8a-4:30p)
$7,500 Sign-On Bonus available to qualified applicants

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a state of Michigan LPN license and have graduated from an LPN or LVN Program.
Additional requirements include
Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) (within 30 days of hire)
IOSH and CAHOC certifications (within 6 months of hire)
BAT and UDS certified (within 6 months of hire)
Knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT codes, insurance benefits and healthcare backgrounds
