Pay: $19.23-$24.04

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Required Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.   • High school graduate
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience in working with the frail or elderly population
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, E-mail and the Internet
  • Knowledge of and experience in Microsoft programs is essential, typing speed of 35 WPM.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Ability to handle a variety of interruptions on a regular basis
  • Must be able to function independently and be able to work effectively with other personnel.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • One year of office/clerical experience preferred

Essentials: 

  • Assumes responsibility for designated clerical and receptionist duties; schedules work
    assignments for part-time receptionist.
  • Receives incoming telephone calls, screens for correct transfer and connects with appropriate
    party.
  • Greets and directs visitors; greets, screens and directs salespersons as advised.
  • Maintain the master calendar for the ED, schedules and appointments.
  • Assists participants in transportation needs, making beauty shop appointments and checking
    apartments for maintenance and/or housekeeping needs.
  • Provide clerical support for the entire facility, as directed, including typing, filing, and distributing
    correspondence, ensuring outgoing mail is ready for pick-up, sorting and distributing mail and
    maintaining inventory supply and replenishing as needed: provide notary services for
    participants.
  • Assist with projects
