Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Build and maintain rapport with guests.
• Provides fast, flawless, personalized service to players.
• Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures, State Gaming Regulations, and internal Controls.
• Provide appropriate game protection.

BRING US YOUR BEST.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Completion of Dealers School or six months of experience as a dealer with at least two high-volume games; Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, etc. required.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to figure payoffs.
