Our MassageLuXe/FaceLuXe spa is seeking a Licensed Esthetician with expertise in facials, waxing, and a variety of skincare treatments to join our team. As a Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients, helping them achieve their desired results and promoting overall skincare wellness.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of skincare services, including a vast menu of facials, waxing, and treatments from Repechage, IMAGE Skincare, HydraFacial, and Dermaplane Pro
Consult with clients to determine their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly sanitized
Keep up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and techniques, attending training sessions and workshops as needed
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with each visit

Requirements

Must be a licensed esthetician in the state of Missouri
Proven experience in providing a variety of skincare services, including facials, waxing, and treatments (Experience with Repechage, IMAGE Skincare, HydraFacial, and Dermaplane Pro are a plus)
Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients, as well as their benefits and potential side effects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
