Job Description

  

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assists in the interior and exterior janitorial needs, and ground keeping assignments.

· Assists with the planting, pruning, fertilizing, and transplanting of flowers, shrubs, trees, and bushes etc.

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as

needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.  This position is primarily custodial.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

· Ability to properly use of cleaning products and equipment

· Capable of following verbal and written instructions

· Ability to read and understand labels and directions

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

· High school graduate or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

· One year of custodial experience

· Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
