The Role
As a Distribution Technician, you are the final line of defense for our customers. You will ensure every product meets our "zero-defect" standard through meticulous inspection, assembly, and packaging.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
Precision Assembly: Accurately inspect, separate, and package label products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards by identifying printing or laminating errors before they reach the customer.
Logistics Support: Use ERP systems to log materials and ensure shipments are directed to the correct locations.
Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and utilize required PPE.

Agile: You can maintain focus and quality during high-pressure shifts or when priorities change.
Technical Basics: High school diploma/GED; ability to read measurements and follow complex instruction manuals.
Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Shift: Saturday-Wednesday, 10PM - 6:30AM
The hourly rate for this position is $17.05 - $22.73 / hour
