We’re hiring a Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) for individuals who are passionate about helping others and ready to launch a rewarding career in healthcare—no CNA experience required!

Requirements

Qualifications

Education:  

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Licenses/Certification:  

  • Within 120 days of employment, completes a state-approved nursing assistant training program & become certified.

NOTE: A Nursing Assistant enrolled in a nursing program may be compensated differently based upon the clinical education received.

Experience: 

  • Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
  • Complete 16 hours of classroom education then complete skills checks for clinical areas for which job expectations include.
