What a Typical Day Could Look Like

As a Housekeeper, you are a vital part of helping our communities look their best! Because of your hard work, both current and future residents will always feel at home in a clean and inviting environment. 

You are the Champion of Community Cleanliness

• Uphold Kairoi standards of excellence by providing prompt and professional customer service with every interaction.
• Your daily routine will involve cleaning the office, clubhouse, common areas, public access areas, and model homes. 
• You will help future residents feel welcomed by cleaning vacant apartment homes once the make-ready process has been completed. 
• As you work through your routine, you will perform inspections of the tour path, grounds, and common areas notifying the service team of any maintenance issues or concerns. 
• You will be asked to assist with other maintenance issues or community events as needed.

Requirements

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role

• At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties. 
• A high school education or equivalent.
• Must have excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Willingness and desire to learn new skills
