Now Hiring: General Building Maintenance Technician

At Tulley Automotive Group, we’re looking for a dependable, hands-on team member who enjoys solving problems and keeping things in top shape. If you’re someone who takes initiative and can tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

As a key part of our maintenance team, you’ll help ensure our facilities are safe and fully functional. Your day-to-day may include:

  • Identifying and addressing building or equipment maintenance needs 
  • Coordinating with team members and outside vendors for repairs and upkeep 
  • Performing general repairs such as drywall, painting, doors, and fixtures 
  • Supporting seasonal needs like snow removal and landscaping coordination 
  • Completing routine maintenance on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics) 
  • Ordering and organizing supplies for maintenance tasks 
  • Jumping in to support other facility-related projects as needed
