We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team. 

Position Overview:

The Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial lines team.  This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ID cards, Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Insurance documents
  • File and follow up on claims
  • Follow up on Direct Notice of Cancellation (DNOC's)
  • Quoting
  • Assist with preparation of invoices, following up on payments, and responding to billing inquiries
  • Processing endorsement requests

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior insurance agency experience preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of EPIC and Indio preferred
  • Ability to work in-office, Monday thru Friday
