SUMMARY:
Responsible for pulling work tickets to support assembly. Maintain and organize inventory racks. Assist the Inventory Department with various assigned duties, such as palletizing products, strapping, wrapping, and securing finished product for safe delivery to customers, while under the direct supervision of the Inventory Control Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Pull work tickets correctly and efficiently.
· Operate forklift safely.
· Maintain sufficient stock levels of inventory and parts in ground level locations.
· Perform cycle counts as needed.
· Assign bin locations within the ERP system and put away incoming products.
· Supports Production, Receiving, Shipping, Facilities Departments as needed.
· Maintain an organized inventory and work area.
· Have a good understanding of ERP system and how to navigate.
· Cross train in Receiving functions, process incoming orders, check quantities, and part numbers, and update inventory levels within the ERP system.
· Perform daily audits of pallets and report discrepancies.
· Data entry of inventory audits in ERP System.
· Abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in your employee handbook.
· Sustain 5S in workstations.
· Practice ESL’s core values daily.
· Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.
