Job Title
Rehabilitation Coordinator (Home Repairs and Construction)
Summary
The Rehab Coordinator plans and executes applications for home rehabilitation and new construction projects through grants and/or loan programs approved by Affordable Homes of South Texas, Inc. The Rehab Coordinator also collaborates with the McAllen & Non-McAllen Coordinators to manage rehab activities such as communicating with vendors, monitoring budget spending, and partnering with other departments.

Work Environment
This job operates 40% in the field and 60% in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands

This position may require occasional travel outside the area for training. Employees may also be required to drive up to 100 miles round trip in a company vehicle in a single day.
