We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable person to join the Easy St Group Home as a Shift Lead, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. This is a fun home with Clients who enjoy engagement and activities - if you love soccer in the backyard, listening to Shaina Twain or art & crafts, you can bring your passions to work every day!
In this position, you’ll work directly with Clients, guide your teammates, and help keep our homes running smoothly during evening and weekend shifts. You won’t be managing a team, but you will be a key resource others rely on.

Position: Shift Lead

Location: Group Homes around Missoula

What We Offer:

  • Starting rate of $17.00 an hour
  • Increase to $19.00 an hour upon successful completion of paid training and certifications
  • Full-time, 40 hour per week schedule available
  • Convenient 3-11pm shift

Your Role:

  • Support Clients with daily living activities like meals, hygiene, and medications
  • Model best practices for other staff and help maintain consistent, high-quality care
  • Assist with community outings, social events, and skill-building activities
  • Provide on-the-job training to DSPs in areas like vitals, oxygen use, medications, and engagement
  • Maintain accurate documentation and program data
  • Help bridge communication between shifts to support continuity of care
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment for Clients

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous Direct Support Professional experience preferred but not required; experience in caregiving or as a CNA would also be relevant.
  • A valid Driver’s License with a minimum of 5 years' driving experience and clean driving record
  • A team player looking to take the next step in their career
  • Strong written and verbal communication
