Moore Colson has an exciting internship opportunity for dynamic, motivated, and self-driven students to join our Business and Financial Advisory team in Atlanta from May- August 2027.

This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in auditing and public accounting, preparing you for a successful career in the field. The successful candidates will work closely with our experienced audit professionals and get exposure to various aspects of audit practice.

• Assisting with projects including but not limited to weekly and month-end/year-end close processes, management reporting and preparing reconciliations
• Maintaining fixed assets schedules
• Assisting with system design and implementation/conversion
• Calculating and reporting indirect taxes
• Helping clients prepare cash flow and or financial projections
• Assisting clients with payroll processing and 1099 preparation
• Troubleshooting client issues as they arise

• Bachelor’s in Accounting; CPA or CPA-track preferred
• 0–2 years of audit/public accounting experience
• Strong Excel and audit software skills (CCH Pro fx, IDEA a plus)
• Excellent communication and client service mindset
