As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Critical Facilities Engineer I - CFEI to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.
Critical Facilities Engineer (Level 1):
The Critical Facilities Engineer I - CFEI: provides comprehensive data center white space support for IT infrastructure, which may include monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, and day-to-day maintenance – all of this being site-dependent and as per the service level agreements with our clients. Critical Facilities Engineers are also responsible for site rounds and using event monitoring and management systems to provide notifications and escalations to stakeholders during service outages.

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure
The base salary range for this role is $35-$40/hour. This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, Discounted Group Life & AD&D, Discounted Group Short & Long-term Disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave. Final compensation will be determined by job‑related factors consistent with applicable law.
