About the Role:

The Field Operation Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing daily operational activities within the organization to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards. Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Technician in the Comcast Field

• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and workflow management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility with local travel to help support customers and field technicians

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a leadership role

• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools for operations management.
