The Staff Pad has partnered with a well-established, physician-led women’s health group to recruit both OB/GYN Physicians and OB Hospitalists. This is a high-growth, highly respected practice with multiple locations and a collaborative, all-female provider team.

OB Hospitalist Option

• 24-hour shifts
  
• 6–7 shifts/month (full-time)
  
• Coverage across two hospitals
  
• $120/hour + full benefits
  
• Signing bonus + relocation
  

OB/GYN Physician Option

• $300K guaranteed (first 2 years)
  
• 20% bonus on collections over $900K
  
• $500K+ partner potential
  

Schedule:

• Clinic: Mon–Thurs 8–5 | Fri 8–3
  
• Call: 4–6 days/month (light, single hospital)
  

Practice:

• 20–25 patients/day
  
• ~250 deliveries/month across group
  
• Strong midwife support (co-managed care)
  
• Optional extra shifts for additional income
  

Partnership

• Eligible after 3 years
  
• $100K buy-in (flexible)
  
• Revenue sharing + leadership input
  

Requirements

Qualifications 

• Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
  
• Open to new grads and experienced physicians
  
• Eligible for Arizona license
