Smoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening for Mold Repair! This position works from our plant in New Paris, IN. 

Mold Repair’s starting pay is $20.20/hr. and with positive reviews can be increased to $22.20/hr. after 60 days.  

Shift Schedule is 5 am to 1:30 pm, Monday-Friday.  

Responsibilities include:

•           Repair damaged Fiberglass molds

•           Sanding and buffing molds

•           Waxing and/or painting molds

Required skills and experience:

•           Read a measuring tape

•           Use various hand tools

•           Be able to bend, crouch, stoop, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Preferred skills and experience:

•           Previous fiberglass experience in buffing or automotive repair

Schedule: 

-8-hour shift

-Day shift 5 am - 1:30 pm

-Monday to Friday
