Ally Waste is hiring for the exciting Bulk Tech position which is a fundamental role to deliver our waste support services to the apartment communities we serve. The Bulk Tech role consists of loading furniture and other bulky items to a truck and trailer and hauling it to the landfill. Pre‑Employment Screening
Candidates selected for hire may be required to complete a pre‑employment drug screening, consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Screening may include testing for marijuana where permitted by relevant regulations. Compliance with all screening requirements is a condition of employment.
Additional Screening Requirements For Driving Positions
Positions that involve driving company vehicles or driving on company business are subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, conducted in accordance with applicable laws. To qualify for driving duties, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
Hold a current and valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
Be at least 18 years old and have maintained a valid license for a minimum of 2 years.
Have no Major Violations (Type I) within the past 36 months.
Have no more than 4 Minor Violation points in the past 36 months and no more than 3 Minor Violation points in the past 12 months.
Successfully complete a DOT physical examination and obtain the required medical certification prior to performing any driving duties.
Successfully pass a background check, conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
