Call Center Representative - Outbound & Inbound
Artis Energy Solutions is a full-service energy solutions provider headquartered in Middletown, Connecticut. We help commercial customers across New England reduce energy use, improve efficiency, lower costs, and improve comfort for staff and visitors.
As a Call Center Representative, your primary role will be customer service and support for small commercial clients across our New England service area. You will serve as a helpful point of contact for customers, answer questions about our services and available energy programs, assist with scheduling free building assessments, and ensure each customer has a clear understanding of the process. You may also perform outbound calling and email outreach to prospective customers, with opportunities to earn bonuses based on results.
The ideal candidate communicates clearly, remains professional in all interactions, and is comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email. This role requires patience, adaptability, and strong attention to detail, as every call, contact, and outcome must be accurately documented in Salesforce. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are also essential.

Compensation
This position offers hourly compensation from $17.50-22/hr. Employees may also earn bonuses for outbound calling and outreach performance.
