Description
This position is primarily responsible for coordinating and supporting daily maintenance schedules and operations. You are responsible for providing professional, courteous guest service to our residents, vendors and staff and assisting supervisor’s and manager’s where services need attention. Your position will also be responsible for completion of requests by residents for maintenance repairs to their apartments.
