Lake Veterinary Clinic in Mount Dora, FL is seeking a compassionate, skilled Associate Veterinarian to join our small-animal practice caring for dogs and cats. Join a collaborative team in a friendly clinic near Long Lake and downtown Mount Dora.

Job Description

  • Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for canine and feline patients
  • Perform diagnostics, interpret results, and develop treatment plans
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients about diagnoses, prognoses, and preventive care
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient clinic operations and excellent patient outcomes
  • Maintain medical records and follow clinic protocols and safety standards

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university

  • Active veterinary state license
  • Current DEA License preferred but not required
  • USDA Accreditation preferred but not required
