Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance products tailored to clients' individual needs and financial goals.
  • Conduct detailed needs analyses to recommend appropriate coverage options and policy solutions.
  • Manage client accounts including policy renewals, claims assistance, and updates.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs and team meetings to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with district leadership and team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proven sales experience or strong desire to develop a career in insurance sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving performance goals.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with diverse clients.
