Title: Water Damage Technician

Position Summary

As a Water Damage Technician, you’ll be the first line of defense when disaster happens. This role is physically active and fast-paced, with a direct impact on helping families and businesses recover from property damage.
 
 Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we provide professional training, strong team support, and opportunities for advancement. You’ll be restoring homes and lives while building a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls (water, mold, fire, storm damage).
  • Assist in mitigation activities such as water extraction, demolition, and drying.
  • Set up and monitor drying and remediation equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
  • Document job progress with notes and photos using company systems.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to property owners on-site.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Communicate job updates clearly with team leads and supervisors.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Restoration experience a plus, but not required.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: Depending on experience

Additional Pay: Bonus opportunities based on performance
