  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans 
  • Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehab including manual therapy, functional movement training, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise 
  • Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed 
  • Collaborate with experienced clinicians to enhance your clinical skills 
  • Educate patients and families on recovery and long-term wellness 
  • Uphold IRG’s standards for patient-centered care and professional excellence
  QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program. 
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. 
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. 
Preferred: 
  • Interest in general orthopedics and manual therapy.
  • Desire to grow into specialty certifications or advanced practice.  
  PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Ability to lift, bend, squat, reach, and perform physical demonstrations with patients, including athletes. 
  • Comfort working at a computer station for documentation needs. 
  • Ability to provide your own transportation to and from the IRG clinic. 
  PAY & BENEFITS:
  • Base Compensation: $86,500–$93,000 annually, depending on experience and certifications. 
  • Enhanced Compensation Program: Earn up to an additional 20% of base salary based on client care.
