Brindar un servicio amable y eficiente a los clientes, realizando el cobro correcto de productos, garantizando una experiencia de compra satisfactoria y cumpliendo con los procedimientos establecidos por la empresa.

Funciones principales

  • Atender cordialmente a los clientes en el área de cajas.
  • Escanear y registrar correctamente los productos en el sistema.
  • Cobrar en efectivo, tarjeta de débito/crédito u otros métodos de pago.
  • Realizar cuadre de caja al inicio y final del turno.
  • Mantener orden y limpieza en el área de trabajo.
  • Apoyar en el empaque de productos cuando sea necesario.
  • Reportar incidencias o diferencias de caja al supervisor.

Requisitos

  • Cuarto año terminado
  • Experiencia previa en manejo de caja (deseable).
  • Excelente atención al cliente.
  • Actitud responsable, honesta y proactiva.
  • Disponibilidad de horario completa (turnos rotativos).
