America's Auto Auction Columbus Fair is looking for two Commercial Account Coordinators to join our Fleet Lease Department. 

The Fleet Lease Inside Coordinator plays a key role in supporting lease, bank, and damaged and disabled vehicle sales by coordinating logistics, managing documentation, and delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced auction environment. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely pick-up, transportation coordination, pricing accuracy, and documentation of lease and bank vehicles while serving as a primary internal point of contact for customers and internal departments. The Fleet Lease Inside Coordinator contributes to efficient auction operations by maintaining accurate records, supporting sale readiness, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, transportation partners, and auction teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and ensures the timely pick-up of all available lease and bank vehicles.
  • Arranges and tracks transportation of qualified lease and bank vehicles to auction locations.
  • Posts and verifies charges applicable to lease and bank vehicles accurately.
  • Reviews condition reports to ensure they are completed, processed, and distributed properly.
  • Promotes and sells auction services to dealers in alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintains organized inventory folders and documentation for assigned vehicles.
  • Generates and distributes the weekly master run list in accordance with established timelines.
  • Obtains, verifies, and records floor prices from represented companies.
  • Assists customers with questions, concerns, and status updates related to vehicle sales.
  • Procures, organizes, and files block tickets to match actual sales results.
  • Validates that printed checks accurately correspond with bills of sale and transaction records.
  • Collaborates with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support smooth auction operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and standard business software applications.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in auction operations, fleet services, logistics, or administrative coordination preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record required.

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to operate office equipment.
  • Ability to maintain close vision and adjust focus when reviewing documents or screens.
