Your Roadmap of Responsibilities:

  • Sales Goals: Deliver a variety of RVs and motorhomes each month while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Prepare and process all sales paperwork in line with campground policies.
  • Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, help them find their perfect RV, and explain product features and benefits.
  • Customer Loyalty: Build relationships with satisfied customers to encourage repeat business and attract new clients through referrals.

  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest gear and services in the RV industry to enhance your expertise.
  • Test Drive Scouting: Conduct engaging test drive experiences for prospects while adhering to all protocols for a seamless adventure.
  • Ethical Exploration: Approach all interactions with integrity, fostering trust and rapport with customers and team members.
  • Training Sessions: Participate in product and sales training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: A high school diploma or GED is preferred; previous camping experience is a bonus but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Possess clear and effective communication skills to engage warmly with campers and fellow guides.
  • Basic Math Skills: Have fundamental math skills for managing transactions and calculations in a friendly, campfire setting.
