We’re a family of 15+ locations across 9 unique concepts, united by one mission: deliver consistent, memorable hospitality while giving back to the communities that support us.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet every guest with professionalism and positivity
  • Manage seating flow using digital waitlist tools
  • Communicate wait times clearly and proactively
  • Support takeout operations and phone orders
  • Collaborate with servers to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean, organized host station
  • Assist with table resets, food running, and guest feedback
  • Be a team player—jump in where needed to keep service smooth

What You Bring

  • A guest-first mindset and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and POS system familiarity
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the team
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Alcohol Safety Certification (provided during onboarding if needed)
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
