Join Our Team: Customer Service Representative / Spray Applicator

Looking for a role where you can work with customers and get out in the field? We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative / Spray Applicator who enjoys a mix of sales, service, and hands-on outdoor work.

If you have experience in agronomy, horticulture, pest control, or have operated a tractor or spray rig, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company that values hard work and customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

In this dynamic role, you’ll split your time between customer service and field application work:

  • Deliver outstanding service at the front counter and over the phone.
  • Assist customers with product selection and order processing.
  • Maintain showroom inventory and ensure a clean, organized space.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Support outside sales efforts and communicate promotions.
  • Handle light administrative and office tasks.
  • Transport equipment using a company truck.
  • Apply fertilizers and pesticides to golf courses and other properties.

Qualifications

  • Trade school certification preferred (or high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • Background in agronomy, horticulture, pest control, or similar field.
  • Experience operating tractors or spray equipment (or willingness to learn).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Experience with AS400 or similar systems is a bonus.
