Your Role as a VPK Assistant Teacher:

We are seeking passionate educators like YOU to assist the VPK Lead Teacher, ensuring our classroom activities align with Florida's Office of Early Learning and the VPK curriculum standards. Your role is vital in guiding young learners, prioritizing their safety, well-being, and developmental growth. Together with the lead teacher, you'll plan engaging activities and foster strong, open communication with parents, nurturing positive relationships and supporting our educational objectives. Qualifications

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent, are able to pass a background check, and can complete your DCF hours within 90 Days of employment. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience within a licensed center a big plus!

Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.

Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

Established in 1988, Child Development Schools, Inc. operates as three early childhood education brands – Childcare Network, Sunrise Preschools, and My Small Wonders.
