Job Description

LPi is looking for an Inside Sales Executive.  In this role you can enjoy our dynamic flexible hybrid work environment selling digital and print advertising to small and medium-sized businesses which will drive account profitability and revenue for churches and other non-profit organizations. You will be instrumental in connecting local businesses with our customers, helping them reach their target audience through trusted communication channels.
  This position offers first year earning potential of $64k-$74k with a guaranteed base pay of $19.25/hour, plus uncapped commissions, and monthly bonus incentives, driven by a pay-for-performance compensation plan that rewards your success through unlimited earning potential.   We also offer an exciting bonus package including up to $1,500 through our annual All-Employee bonus program. As well as our new “Ramp Up” bonus for new Inside Sales Executives with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3,000 in your first 3 months.

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various methods and platforms.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls (75 to 100 per day) to local and regional businesses.
  • Qualify leads, assess potential, and create urgency to close sales.
  • Build relationships with prospects and present advertising solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activity using our CRM in Salesforce.
  • Manage sales pipelines, prioritize tasks, and achieve daily/weekly goals.
  • Process accurate sales orders and ensure ad content is delivered seamlessly.
  • Collect and submit customer payments.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, deadlines, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
