Job Description

Enterprise Client Analyst

Are you motivated by complex clients and strategic problem‑solving? Do you enjoy turning insight into action that drives growth and strengthens relationships?**

Join Aon and play a pivotal role in enabling our most important client relationships.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work virtually, aligned to local smart working policies.

Aon is in the business of better decisions

At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world. As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.

What the day will look like

As an Enterprise Client Analyst, you will sit at the center of Aon’s enterprise client ecosystem—balancing critical thinking, insight development, and disciplined execution. You will partner closely with Enterprise Client Leaders (ECLs) to support high‑quality client engagement, revenue growth, and long‑term client relationships.

On a day‑to‑day basis, you will:

  • Partner with ECLs across a defined portfolio of Enterprise Clients to develop a strong understanding of client priorities, risks, dynamics, and growth opportunities, with a focus on net new revenue
  • Enable client conversations through the delivery of relevant, timely, and tailored insights that support renewal, expansion, and strategic discussions
  • Act as a proactive thought partner—identifying themes, risks, and opportunities rather than waiting for direction
  • Serve as the central coordination point for client teams, handling results, follow‑ups, and internal alignment across partners
  • Own the creation and quality control of client results, including discovery and planning materials, proposals and pursuits, annual reviews, and relationship mapping, and executive briefings
  • Conduct research on clients and industries using public and internal sources, translating data into clear implications for ECLs and client strategy
  • Share relevant news, trends, and insights in a timely, structured, and consistent manner
  • Collaborate with global sales, marketing, pursuit, and operations partners to support client teams effectively
  • Drive execution with strong ownership, follow‑through, and clear communication, including issue identification and resolution
  • Contribute to team efficiency by supporting documentation, knowledge sharing, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives

How this opportunity is different

This role offers important exposure to Aon’s most sophisticated and strategic Enterprise Clients and the leaders who serve them. You will work closely with senior client leaders, collaborate across regions and solution lines, and gain deep insight into how enterprise‑level client strategies are developed and accomplished.

You won’t just support the process—you will help build conversations, elevate insight quality, and influence outcomes that matter to both clients and Aon.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Proven experience in analysis, client support, consulting, sales enablement, or a similar role requiring critical thinking and principled execution
  • Strong ability to synthesize large volumes of internal and external information into sales‑ready, revenue‑driving, seller‑ready insights that directly enable client conversations, pursuits, and growth outcomes
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales enablement, client analytics, consulting, or a related business role supporting commercial or client‑facing teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a confirmed ability to prioritize, partners, and deadlines
  • Clear, professional communicator with confidence engaging senior partners
  • Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through
