Qualifications
You have a High School diploma or GED and possess strong decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You are able to plan and facilitate large group programming and have general knowledge of the needs and behavior of school-aged children.

Job Description
Under the direction of the Resident Life Coordinator, this seasonal residential position works with all youth programs to provide quality experiences. Youth Program Specialists will be involved in the daily and/or overnight supervision and education for all camp run residential programs These programs may include specialty camps, after school programs, outdoor science school, and enrichment youth programs.
SALARY RANGE: $750 - $825/week
