Job Description
Termite Technician – Deans Services
If you enjoy working with your hands, spending your day outdoors, and helping people protect their homes, you’ll feel right at home at Deans Services. As a Termite Technician, you’ll be out in the field inspecting homes, applying treatments, and helping customers safeguard what matters most.
No pest control experience? No problem. We’re looking for hard-working, positive individuals who are eager to learn. You’ll receive hands-on training, the tools you need to succeed, and the confidence that comes from working with a company that truly values its people. You’ll have independence in your daily work, plenty of variety, and the satisfaction of knowing you’re making a difference every day.
Training & Pay
Training lasts up to 12 weeks and pays $18 – $19 per hour, depending on experience. Our typical schedule runs Monday through Friday, giving you weekends to recharge and enjoy your personal time.
What You’ll Do
Each day brings something new as you visit customer homes to inspect for termite activity and potential risk areas. You’ll apply treatments safely and effectively, ensuring each job is done right the first time. Along the way, you’ll build trust with customers by answering their questions, sharing prevention tips, and helping them keep their homes protected. You’ll also take care of follow-up visits when needed, complete accurate service reports, and stay current with all safety and regulatory standards.
