Department: Transportation Operations
Reports To: Transportation Account Manager
Travel: May require 15-45% travel within the assigned area of Virginia
Job Summary
The Transportation Accounts Coordinator is responsible for supporting the health and operational performance of the transportation provider network within the assigned market. This role assists with provider onboarding, credentialing, compliance tracking, performance monitoring, and digital platform utilization. The position also includes conducting vehicle inspections and traveling across the state of Virginia in a company vehicle to work directly with providers in the field.
The Transportation Accounts Coordinator provides essential operational support to ensure providers meet organizational standards and that network capacity and quality remain strong.
