JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the generation of Chronic / IVIG patient referrals within a designated territory. This position works closely with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in achieving territory goals related to patient referrals and service delivery.
2. Support sales and service activities by maintaining relationships with clinics, physicians, and other referral sources.
3. Help coordinate services and follow up with accounts to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
4. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and in-services to stay informed and improve performance.
5. Communicate effectively with internal teams to support customer service and referral processes.
6. Complete administrative tasks such as call logs, expense reports, and other documentation in a timely manner.
7. Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in healthcare, customer service, or sales support.
• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement policies preferred.
• Experience in a patient-facing or provider-support role preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
• Basic understanding of healthcare services, preferably infusion therapy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
