We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant with a passion for sales and customer service to join our luxury apartment community. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of leasing experience, strong sales and closing skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in social media, typing, and basic computer programs is also required.

Job Description

Rate: $17.50 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of leasing experience preferred.
  • Sales experience with strong closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with an outgoing, professional, and goal-oriented approach.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Professional appearance with verifiable professional and personal references.
  • Proficiency in social media, typing (30 WPM), and computer programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs.
  • Availability to work 3–4 Saturdays per month.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and residents
  • Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
  • Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
  • Selling features and amenities to prospective residents
  • Showing apartments
  • Securing leases
