The Indiana Institute for Behavior Analysis (TIIBA) is celebrating 15 years of serving the Indianapolis community. We provide center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and are looking for compassionate, motivated RBTs to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Work 1:1 with clients diagnosed with Autism

  • Implement ABA therapy programs

  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills

  • Receive ongoing support from in-house BCBAs and BCaBAs
