Serve as part of a team that provides immediate support, follow-up, and care coordination for students of concern or in crisis. Responsible for providing one-on-one student support and case management; crisis management support; and coordinate care between internal and external University partners to assist students with their overall personal and academic success. Record management and outreach programs will be essential components of the position. The position will require work outside the normal business hours.
Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field required. Master’ s degree preferred.
One (1) year of related experience.
