Training Pay:Ā $1,000/weekly draw during training ā learn our proven sales process, customer techniques, and tech tools
Commission-Based Transition: Post-training, enjoyĀ unlimited earning potential tied to performanceĀ
Welcome buyers warmly and build rapport
Conduct needs assessments to match clients with ideal vehiclesĀ
Showcase vehicle features through in-person and personalized weekly video presentations
Facilitate test drives and demo vehicles
Explain pricing, financing options, and incentives clearly
Handle paperwork, trade-in valuations, and finalize sales
Interactive Interview Step: Short role-play video presenting a vehicleās features
Ongoing Weekly Task: Create tailored video presentations for prospective customers to enhance remote engagement
Stay informed on current models, tech advances, and auto trendsĀ
Follow up via calls, texts, or emails to nurture leads and maintain customer satisfaction
Partner with our finance team and service department for smooth transaction flow
Attend training and team huddles to boost skills and stay motivated
Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective strategy and follow-through
Experienced in automotive or related sales, or bring a strong passion and customer-first attitude
Excellent communicatorācapable of engaging customers in person, on camera, and over digital channels
Driven by results and comfortable working toward sales quotas
Organized, detailāoriented, and able to handle fastāpaced, multitasking environments
Skilled negotiator with strong closing abilities
Valid driverās license and clean driving record
Professional demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction
