What You'll Do

  • Greet visitors, answer plant phone line, and represent the first impression of CMC
  • Performing basic office duties like answering the telephone, directing calls, emails and fax.
  • Assist in performing inventory on material
  • Ensure stock materials are received from loader and inspected for uniformity and attachment of inventory tags, SAP tags, and partial tags on open bundles
  • Ability to work in a safety conscious industrial environment including use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  • Print tags on jobs for daily production
  • Ensure bundle count and bundle tagging accuracy
  • Ability to use Elcometer to collect mil readings
  • Verify incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts, etc.
  • Tagging and flagging materials outside
  • Preparing orders for shipment, complete all paperwork, and ensure accuracy of the order to ship
  • Ability to work in various types of weather conditions which include extreme heat and cold

What You'll Need

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to take direction and complete tasks with minimum supervision
  • Driven individual with honesty and integrity
  • Knowledge of end-to-end accounts payable processes and best practices
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to use MS Excel & MS Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP preferred

Your Education

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
