FULL TIME DSP FLOATER| $23.50 per hour

Paid weekly, 36 hours guaranteed - 5-day work week
Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday - shifts between 2pm-11pm


Floaters work in varying locations. Days worked will remain consistent, but Floater must have the flexibility to adjust assigned locations as needed with little to no notice.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ Years Full Time experience supporting individuals with I/DD is required.-Floaters must be able to work in all homes throughout St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-At least 18 years of age
-Driver's License, car insurance and reliable transportation
-Ability to pass all background checks and classes required.-Current CPR/FA and Level 1 Med Administration Certs-Flexibility and Reliability-Kind, patient, compassionate and respectful-Excellent communication skills-Floaters are responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with all staff, clients, and guardians.CORE RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Complete all required documentation to include medication record, daily notes, progress on client goals and outcomes, and financial transactions.
  • Support each individual so that s/he will feel a sense of self-determination, security, and have an opportunity to have meaningful relationships with others in their community.
  • Assist clients with daily life activities including personal care/hygiene, household chores, shopping, and recreational and social activities.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to each individual served.
